Delete Your Account | Tripxcursion

Option 1: Delete inside the app (fastest)

Open the Tripxcursion app and sign in.
Go to the Profile tab.
Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account and data are deleted immediately. This cannot be undone.

Option 2: Request deletion without the app

If you no longer have the app or cannot sign in, email us from the email address linked to your Tripxcursion account:

Or write to hello@tripxcursion.com with the subject "Delete my Tripxcursion account". Include the email address on your account and how you sign in (email or Google). We may ask you to confirm the request from that email address to protect your account. We will delete your account and data within 30 days and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

Your sign-in account (email/password or Google sign-in link)
Your profile: name, email, photo and currency preference
Your trips and saved trips
Your travel mood history, including places marked "Not for me"
Your group-trip memberships and private budget inputs
Your push notification token

If you are the organiser of a group trip, that trip is cancelled for all members and their private budget inputs for it are deleted too.

What may be kept

Your deletion request email and our reply, kept as a record that we handled your request.
Any information we are required to keep by law (for example purchase records, if paid features are introduced in future).

We do not keep your trips, location history or budgets after your account is deleted.

Before you delete: subscriptions

Tripxcursion is currently free. If you ever buy a subscription, deleting your account does not cancel it. Cancel it first in Google Play (Play Store > Profile > Payments & subscriptions) or on iPhone (Settings > your name > Subscriptions).
